Phew…our first Chef’s Table event was a big success! It was great to see familiar faces, as well as meet many new ones. Sharing my adventures from Paris and Belgium with everyone was a real treat for me. It is great when I get to talk about food all of the time.
And I can’t wait until the next chef’s table on February 6th—we are going to skip January to let everyone recuperate from the holidays and to give us enough time to plan a spectacular event. We will be matching Belgium beers with cheese and food—talking about what goes well and what does not. Mike Hafford will be joining us on this Chef’s Table event. Hope everyone has a merry holiday!
