		<description>Epicurious is a great, well-designed site, and I loooove love love that we can find your recipes there!  ONE teeny suggestion from a graphic designer geek -- pleeeease use regular sentence case when posting recipes, as the all caps is actually SO hard to read!  Our brains do not parse all uppercase letters well, for some reason.  :)</description>

		<description>I have been using Epicurious.com for a long time and I didn&#039;t even know that feature existed.   I had a look and it took me a while to figure it out too.  But alas,  I found your recipes.  Pretty cool stuff.   Other than the initial confusion (on my part) it&#039;s pretty easy.    I&#039;ll start looking for your contributions there too and add my favorites to my recipe box.  I&#039;ll keep coming back to this blog though and use it for primary source for my favorite Zinc recipes.   Thank you for sharing.   Can you share your recipe for the the Tomato and Kaffir Lime soup from Chow next?</description>
