Hi everyone,
Wednesday’s Chef’s Table was great. We had a great crowd of about 30 people at CHOW watching me how to
make all sorts of dim sum, rice paper rolls, Vietnamese chicken wings, banana rolls and carmelized soy sauce edemamme. Everyone had great questions and we had lots of fun.
I thought I would post a video for anyone who is interested and who didn’t make it on how to actually make your own dim sum.
The May 7 Chef’s Table will be the last one for a little while. We are going to take a break for the summer and focus on our Market Menu. Who out there has tried our Market Menu that is centered around the Farmer’s Market offerings?
