This weeks market menu is great!  Who doesn’t love Pan Seared Pork Bratwurst cooked with beer, its delectable. And the dessert is pear related with, Warm Pear and Chestnut Financier tart/ Poached Pear/ Pear Cider sauce and what to go better with that then Creme Fraiche Ice Cream. Mmmmm. – D
