Phew…our first Chef’s Table event was a big success! It was great to see familiar faces, as well as meet many new ones. Sharing my adventures from Paris and Belgium with everyone was a real treat for me. It is great when I get to talk about food all of the time.
And I can’t wait until the next chef’s table on February 6th-we are going to skip January to let everyone recuperate from the holidays and to give us enough time to plan a spectacular event. We will be matching Belgium beers with cheese and food-talking about what goes well and what does not. Mike Hafford will be joining us on this Chef’s Table event. Hope everyone has a merry holiday!
