Okay. So this is new to me, but I’m trying to expand my horizons. I like keeping up on what my fellow chefs [and just restaurants I love] are thinking, cooking and doing, so I thought I might try my hand at this.
I want to post on recipes, events that I’m participating in, new menu items, new restaurants [hint, hint] and even the simple things like what I’m cooking at home and what I order when I go out.
I just got back from a vacation in Maine…so that will be my next post–telling you all the yummy things I had while there and places that you have to try if you’re in the area!

I had the pleasure, along with my husband and 8 yr old son, to dine at your restaurant a couple of weeks ago. I must say, the experience was very pleasant and delectable. Thank you for your culinary creations. We will defiitely be visiting again.
