ARKANSAS BBQ SAUCE
1 cup honey
1 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
4 ounces dijon mustard
1 cup shoyu
2 tablespoons black peppercorns
2 tablespoons ground mustard seed
4 ounces bourbon
2 tablespoons cayenne
2 ounces garlic powder
2 ounces Worcestershire sauce
2 cups rice vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all items together and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Hand blender puree when finished.
- Yields 2 quarts.
