MARKET MENU BACON VINAIGRETTE

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Slowly render the bacon until crispy.
    2. Do not drain the fat.
    3. Add mustard seeds and coriander seeds cook for a few seconds.
    4. Add scallions and red onions cook about one minute.
    5. Add dijon and cider vinegar.
    6. Whisk in blended oil.
    7. Add chives and parsley.
    8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
