Goat Meatballs

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into small meatballs.
    2. Bring half gallon of chicken stock to a boil and add meatballs and cook for 8 minutes.
    3. This will help them solidify and meatballs become much easier to work with.
    4. Remove balls from stock and let cool.
    5. When ready to serve, heat olive oil in large sauté pan and sear meatballs.
    6. Add to your favorite sauce and serve with pasta.
