OATMEAL COOKIES

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Cream butter and sugars together until light; scraping sides of mixing bowl.
    2. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each; slowly add buttermilk.
    3. Sift flour and remaining dry ingredients together in a separate bowl; add to butter mixture just until combined: do not overmix.
    4. Fold in oats and raisins by hand.
    5. Drop by tablespoon-ful onto parchment lined baking sheet or baking sheet lined with silicon mat.
    6. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
    7. Remove from cookie sheets and place on rack to cool.
