PHO BROTH

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Spread bones on large cookie sheet; roast until brown in 375 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
    2. In large stock pot, sauté all vegetables with olive oil until softened; add bones, mirin, and spices and let simmer for 2-3 hours. Strain and season with salt, pepper, hoisin and fish sauce.
    3. Serve with:
 thinly sliced cooked beef
, fresh cilantro
, thai basil, 
srirachi, 
fresh mung bean sprouts, 
sliced lime
, rice noodles.
