AUTUMN SWEET BREAD

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Sift together all dry ingredients three times.
    2. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add sifted flour mixture, alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until combined; do not over blend.
    3. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until wooden skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
