- 5 large pluots sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup local honey
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir to coat evenly.
- Place on lightly oiled baking sheet and roast until softened.
- Remove from oven, place roasted fruit in bowl, set aside.
- Course: Dessert
