It’s that time of the year again.
Now that the Market Menu has wrapped up [don't worry--we are still "Farm to Table" and cooking with local, sustainable food as much as we can], it’s time for the Chef’s Table.
Our first event for the new Chef’s Table Tasting season is just in time for the holidays. Mike Hafford and I will be doing a Holiday Cookie Demo event. We’ll review baking techniques, give you recipes and even some treats to take with you! And in case that doesn’t whet you appetite, there will of course be light appetizers and wine too! What fun is baking without a little wine for the bakers!
